Yes, absolutely! All of our staff are fully registered T4 employees, and their identities have been verified and background checked through Trustti for your peace of mind. Plus, our services are fully covered by Trushield insurance, so you’re protected against theft or damage—just another way we keep you worry-free!

No, you don’t need to be home for your cleaning! We’re happy to securely hold a key to your home, alternatively many of our clients use these methods to let us in:

• Front desk/concierge key drop-off

• Asking a neighbor to let us in

• Lockbox or hidden key

• Door key code access

• Smart lock (remote unlocking)

• Leaving the door unlocked (not recommended for street-level homes)

We accept Interac e-transfers (send to info@weeklyreset.ca), and all major credit cards (additional fees apply).

We travel to each cleaning appointment using the TTC, so we’re able to service homes that are just a short walk or a 30-minute transfer by bus or streetcar from these TTC stations:

• Yonge-University Line: Wilson to York Mills

• Bloor-Danforth Line: High Park to Coxwell

We aim to have the same cleaner or team for each visit, as we believe consistency is key to keeping your home in its best shape. However, depending on travel distances and staffing, there may be times when we need to make a change. Rest assured, all of our staff undergo thorough training and background checks to ensure they provide the highest quality service and care, no matter who visits your home.

We understand that plans change! You can easily reschedule or cancel your cleaning online up to 24 hours in advance—no extra fees, no hassle. To keep our team and your home safe, there are a few things we don’t handle:

• Delicate surfaces like TV screens and light fixtures

• Pet-related cleaning (litter boxes, tanks, and cages)

• Heavy lifting (moving furniture or rolling up large area rugs)

• Built-up grime on window tracks, rust removal, or deep exterior cleaning

• Specialty cleaning like upholstery and carpet cleaning.

For the first deep cleaning, we use our standard products, including Pine-Sol and bleach-based cleaners, to ensure a thorough clean. After that, if you prefer natural products, we’re happy to use any that you provide—just let us know!
