Cleaning List

Deep Cleaning List

Kitchen

Dishes: Washed and air dried on the rack, or rinsed and placed in the dishwasher. Full dishwasher loads will be run unless specified otherwise. Clean loads will be put away. 

 

Dish Rack & Tray: Scrubbed and wiped down to remove water stains and build up. 

 

Backsplash: Scrubbed to remove grime and stains, and polished.

 

Sink

  • Faucet: Sprayed and wiped down to remove water stains and polished.

  • Basin, plug, sink strainer: sprayed, bleached and scrubbed to remove water, grease and food stains.

 

Stove

  • Panel & Knobs: removed, sprayed, brushed, and wiped down, cooking splash stains removed.

  • Glass/Ceramic Range: dried burned stains and discoloration will be removed with ceramic cleaner, ceramic sponge and a glass top scraper. 

  • Gas Range

    • Griddle Racks: sprayed, wiped down or scrubbed to remove grease build up.

    • Drip Tray: sprayed, wiped down and scrubbed to remove crumbs, dried cooking spills. Polished to shine.

    • Element Caps: scrubbed to remove grease stains, caps are lifted up, crumbs brushed away.

  •  Coil Range: 

    • Coils: wiped down to remove grease stains and cooking spills.

    • Drip Trays: soaked with soap and degreaser. Scrubbed to remove dry burn stains.

 

Oven

  • Inside: door and floor only. Sprayed and soaked with oven cleaner or degreaser. Scrubbed down, and scraped to remove heavy grease and burned food stains.

  • Outside: sprayed and wiped down to remove food stains. Stainless steel frame and glass window polished. 

 

Exhaust Hoods: sprayed and wiped down to remove grease and cooking splashes. Stainless steel and glass finished are polished. 


Microwave Oven

  • Door & Vent: sprayed, brushed and wiped down to remove grease and cooking splashes. Window and stainless stain frame, polished.

  • Inside: steam soaked to loosen cooking splashes, sprayed and wiped down.

  • Plate & Cover: washed to remove cooking splashes

Small Appliances (coffee makers, blenders, toasters, etc): small containers, compartments, trays and traps are rinsed out. exteriors wiped down and polished.

​

Dishwasher: sprayed and wiped down to remove stains and splashes. Stainless steel finishes are polished.

 

Refrigerator: sprayed and wiped down to remove stains and splashes. Stainless steel polished.

​

Cabinets: sprayed and wiped down to remove stains. Small seams are brushed clean, plastic finishes are polished.
 

Television Set: 

  • Screen: dusted.

  • Frame: dusted, wiped down and polished.

  • Remote: brushed clean.

 

Furniture and Shelving: dusted, wiped down and polished. Décor items such as lamps vases, figurines and storage items such as blue ray cases, video game cases are dusted and neatly arranged.

 

Sofas and Armchairs:

  • Upholstery, Pillows and Seats: Thoroughly vacuumed to remove crumbs and dust build up, cushions flipped both sides vacuumed 

  • Interior: seats are removed, crumbs, and dust are vacuumed out.

Leather Sofas: are dusted and wiped down.

 

Beds: Sheets changed if left out. Covers, sheets, pillows neatly arranged and made up

 

Desks:

  • Desktop: monitors, chassis and keyboards are dusted and wiped down.

  • Small items: (Knickknacks, picture frames, loose papers): Dusted, polished, neatly arranged and displayed, and wiped down.

Living Rooms, Bedrooms & Offices

Showers & Bathtubs:

  • Glass Doors & Walls: water spots, mold and soap stains are scrubbed away with a glass safe sponge. The glass is squeegeed dry, and polished. 

  • Tub: during pre-cleaning, hair, dust and other dirt is rinsed away. The basin is sprayed down with pine sol and scrubbed. The tub is then rinsed and polished. 

  • Tiles & Grout: rinsed, sprayed with pine sol and scrubbed down, then rinsed again. Grout stains bleached and brushed out. 

  • Faucet: Dried water spots are bleached and scrubbed away. Chrome finishes are then polished. 

 

Storage Baskets & Shelves: rinsed out and wiped clean, items such as shampoo, soap bottles, soap tray etc are wiped down.

 

Toilet: sprayed with pine sol, and wiped down from tank to base. The inner bowl is scrubbed. 

 

Mirrors: sprayed with water and vinegar, wiped down and polished. 

 

Sink

  • Faucet: Dried water spots are bleached and scrubbed away. Chrome finishes are then polished. 

  • Basin: Hair, toothpaste, and other stains are rinsed away, the basin is then sprayed with pine sol and scrubbed with soap. Small seams, and drain are brushed clean

 

Countertops: dusted and wiped down to remove, soap splashes and toothpaste stains. Polished to dry. Cupboard doors and bases are wiped down.

 

Storage Bins & Cups: emptied and cleaned out, each item inside is wiped down.

 

Toothbrush Holders: washed and dried, electric toothbrush chargers are wiped clean.

 

Appliances: (Hair dryers, Electric Shavers etc.) Dusted, and wiped down.

 

Storage Shelves & Cabinets: Dusted and wiped down, decorative items are dusted and polished.

Bathroom

All Rooms & Hallways

Closets (closet insides are not cleaned):

  • Doors: dusted, wiped down, and polished.

  • Walk in closets: floors are vacuumed. 

 

Floors:

  • Furniture: remains in place, vacuumed and mopped underneath.

  • Carpets: thoroughly vacuumed wall to wall, crevices and corners, dust is suctioned away. 

  • Rugs: The surface is vacuumed, then the edges are lifted and vacuumed on top and underneath.

  • Bare Flooring: Thoroughly vacuumed wall to wall including crevices and corners. The dust is removed, and then the floor is mopped to shine.  

 

Baseboards: Vacuumed, or dusted, sprayed and wiped down.

 

Window Sills: dusted and wiped down.

 

Waste Baskets & Recycling: Full bags are taken out, and replaced. The bins are then sprayed and wiped down inside and out

 

Switchplates and Outlets: wiped down and polished. 

 

Mirrors: dusted, wiped down, and polished.
